Wonderful experience in a pool and outdoor living area construction project. Crews were attentive and maintained a clean site during the build. Nolan and his team were quick to address small issues and punch list items after the installation. Highly recommend!

Shaun was Amazing and patient with my family today ! He didn’t leave even tho we didn’t hear the doorbell due to being outside . He got the job done and taught me some things about our new install thanks Shaun !

Very pleased with the project by Pools By Design. Ramon the construction supervisor was on top of everything and is invaluable to the company. He gets things done and done well. Nolan, the owner, was very responsive and present when needed. Josh, the sales/design guy, was the perfect hype man. All star team. Project was high quality work performed efficiently by experienced and skilled people. Looking forward to making many memories with our new pool. Will definitely recommend. Nolan and his team did an outstanding job. Our circumstances were special: they built the pool before we moved in, all the meetings and selections were done via zoom. Pools by Design did not disappoint, to the contrary, met our expectations and continue to respond to our every question as we had no experience with pools. Honesty and delivery the Texas way! They returned phone calls immediately, helped in the design process until we were satisfied and kept us Updated on what step of the construction was next and what to expect. Josh and Lindsey were amazing from start to finish when it came to our budget and design! Other pool builders sent quotes back to us that were conveniently right at the budget that we had given, not a penny less all the while with little to no personalization of our pool design. Josh took time to listen to what we wanted and is the most honest, professional guy I've ever met. Together he and Lindsey sent us a design and proposal that blew our expectations out of the water AND came in thousands under budget. Can not say enough good things about them and we are truly so thankful we found Pools by Design! You will not be disappointed!

I loved the design the gave us for the pool, they finished the pool earlier than we expected, and it is beautiful! Definitely recommend this company

When searching for a pool company we found a lot of options and chose Pools by Design. The office had a lot of options to choose from, so don't rush. They took my ideas and exceeded my expectations. Because of my work obligations, I had to reschedule multiple times, but they were always accommodating (even with short notice). Nolan is a star (funny how certain people stand out from the rest)! I never met the receptionist, but she sounds like everyone here is super professional. With so many options, you will wish you gave them a try.
